The Cyber System Assessments Group specializes in software and hardware reverse engineering, vulnerability research and discovery, and system exploitation. We develop and prototype cutting-edge capabilities for our operational partners in the U.S. government. Job Description

 

This role supports, under the direction of the Group Business Manager, the financial and operational functions of the Group Office. Key responsibilities include supporting the management of the operations budget, assisting with resource management, overseeing contingent workers and support staff time sheets, facilitating procurements, handling p-card usage, property management, financial analysis and reporting, and supporting program planning and tracking.

 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, personable, and reliable team member capable of working both collaboratively and independently. They should be skilled at setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and dependability. The candidate should also excel at collaborating with and supporting cross-functional teams at various levels within and outside the organization to achieve business objectives. Strong communication, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential for success.

 

The successful candidate will be resourceful, able to identify problems and find solutions using available resources, and eager to learn new skills. This role offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and grow into broader Business Manager functions over time. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling using Excel, and be capable of delivering effective presentations with PowerPoint. They should also have experience with using business management and analysis systems, such as SAP, to perform business planning activities. This position requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with staff across the organization. Strong verbal and written communication, as well as multitasking abilities, are essential. Note: This role requires 80% onsite work.

 

Requirements

 

  • Associates degree in Business or related field; Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of financial or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a decentralized, asynchronous environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in technology, science, or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems for managing core business processes.
  • Familiarity with OneStream for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

 

 

Hiring Range: $73,200 - $96,000
