Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
The role involves all phases of electrical, electronic, and control systems work within a plant setting. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and startup of various electrical and control equipment, including life safety and security systems. This role requires collaboration across trades and availability for emergency response and utility shutdowns.
Requirements:

Experience in installation, testing, repair, calibration, and troubleshooting of:
-
Control devices
-
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
-
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
-
Microprocessor-based controllers
-
-
Ability to:
-
Perform field service work on electrical, mechanical, and process control systems
-
Support start-up of industrial process and mechanical equipment
-
Install, test, and maintain addressable fire alarm systems
-
Maintain and troubleshoot security and access control systems
-
Maintain toxic and flammable gas life safety detection systems
-

Availability for:
-
24/7 emergency response support (electrical, fire alarm, security, and control systems)
-
Periodic call-ins
-
Two semi-annual utility shutdowns
